Brave Blue
Think of the ones in blue
being there for everyone
protecting us at home
against criminals, terrorists, and even ourselves...
always trying to do their best to keep us safe
from whatever might take place on their beat.
They go forward with resolve,
always alert and ready to respond
to uphold the law
and safeguard their fellow citizens
as events and needs require.
So, please keep the brave blue
in your prayers for what they do
and none more so than the ones
who have fallen in the line of duty
and in the name of the law.
